Premade covers are exclusive and will be marked as sold/removed from the RoseLark Publishing website once purchased.
Once you have decided on your cover, fill out the Google Form here. Make sure your contact information is correct and that you include a valid email address for invoicing.
Incomplete forms or forms with erroneous information/typos will not be able to be processed!
Once you have submitted the form, RoseLark Publishing will invoice you within three (3) business days. Business days are defined as Monday – Friday 10am-6pm Pacific Time. Invoices will be sent via PayPal. All invoices must be paid in full before any work is started. Other forms of payment are not accepted at this time.

There is a 100% guaranteed refund on the covers BEFORE final approval. No refunds will be issued after the final approval has been sent by the author and the final cover design has been emailed to the author/purchaser.

COVER CONTRACT AGREEMENT
Covers from RoseLark Publishing are sold as is. With the exception of adding the title, author name, etc.; color, font, picture, or style cannot be changed without additional cost. Only two (2) changes can be made to the final cover after it has been sent for approval. If there are additional change requests, there will be a $10 change fee added for each request. These changes do not include correcting typographic errors made by the cover designer. RoseLark Publishing is not responsible for correcting typographical errors submitted by the purchaser.
Covers will be sent to the purchaser in .jpg format. E-book covers will be 1800x2700 pixels and 300dpi. RoseLark will not provide the working file to the purchaser, only the final .jpg. Any change after the final cover has been delivered will incur a change fee to be determined. Preliminary covers sent for approval will be sent as watermarked images no larger than 500x750 pixels.
Once the cover has been purchased and delivered, the purchaser will have full editorial rights to said cover. The purchaser is allowed to use their purchased cover in any print form (e-book, paperback, hardcover, website, or advertising as they wish without additional consent from RoseLark Publishing). The purchaser may contract RoseLark Publishing to create a paperback, hardcover, or audiobook cover at an additional fee which will be determined based on difficulty of request.
Once a cover is purchased and the full payment is received, the purchaser will have the initial cover emailed to them within three (3) business days for approval. If there is some reason that timeline cannot be achieved, RoseLark Publishing will contact the purchaser stating the reason for the delay. Business days are defined as Monday – Friday 10am-6pm Pacific Time. Requests sent over weekends and U.S. Federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
The author/purchaser understands that RoseLark Publishing uses stock photos/images. So while the designs/layouts/etc. are exclusive to RoseLark Publishing, the images used are not and may be used on covers by other authors. RoseLark Publishing guarantees that all images and fonts used are licensed for commercial use.

Work will cease immediately and the cover will be marked as for sale immediately if the purchaser fails to pay or rescinds payment. Refunds will not be allowed after the final approval has been sent by the author and the final cover design has been emailed to the author/purchaser.
RoseLark Publishing reserves the right to refuse service and return the full purchase price to the author/purchaser at any time for any reason.
